This week we will go adventuring up north to explore Hampstead Heath. We will meet at Gospel Oak train station and head to the Heath from there. The run will be 10-12km with a little bit of hill technique thrown in to mix things up.
We will be exploring the trail delights of the surrounding countryside so be prepared for all those varied terrains, ups and downs.
