Discovery call

Couch to 5k Course

We’re so excited to announce our very first Couch to 5 Trail K course, starting this January — designed for complete beginners or anyone returning to running.​

This 8-week course gives you the perfect foundation to build confidence, strength, and fitness while exploring the beautiful green spaces of South East London.

5k - 10k Improvers Course

An 8 week training course comprising of a weekly meet-up run accompanied by a full training plan provided through Training Peaks.

Hone your trail running skills, improve your fitness and boost your confidence in technical environments. 

This course will have you flying on the trails in no time!
