Event Information:
Approximate Distance: 10km
Expected Terrain: Park and woody trails with some pavement
Run Leader: Katy Wright
Entry Requirements: This is an intermediate run for experienced runners sith trail experience. You should be able to run 10k in 60 minutes or less to take part in this run. The average pace will be 6.00-6.30 per kilometre but the terrain is changeable.
