About the Event
Event Information:
These sessions are truly for all abilities, opening up the world of trail running for everyone. This is a great opportunity to experience a social run and get to know the team and fellow members. We always run as a group in a couch to 5k style so it's perfect for anyone beginning / returning to running.
This event will take place from the junction of Foxgrove Road and Beckenham Place Park.
