Accessible enough for intermediate runners with some experience, but just challenging enough to feel like an achievement. Lullingstone is stunning, and 15km of trails through it is a pretty great way to spend a Saturday morning.

Double session Saturdays > everything else 🌞 🍃

What a way to kick off the weekend with the crew at South East London Trail Runners. First up was a technique-focused interval session where we dialled in cadence, posture and centre of mass to help us run smoother, faster and more efficiently. It’s amazing what happens when a group of runners all commit to getting 1% better together. 💪🏻

Then came the perfect change of pace… 12km of easy miles winding through the beautiful trails of Oxleas Wood, Shepherdleas Woods and Jack Woods. Good conversations, sunshine breaking through the trees and that unbeatable feeling of moving through nature with great people around you. 🌳 ☀️

And because every great run deserves an even greater reward, we rounded it all off at the Oxleas Wood Cafe with freshly squeezed juices and quite possibly the biggest slab of carrot cake ever served to runners anywhere. 🥕 🍰

Massive appreciation to this community for bringing the energy, encouragement and good vibes every single week. Days like today are exactly what trail running is all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Peak District Camp and fully showed up — it honestly exceeded all expectations.

We packed a LOT in:

* Friday: Stannage Edge — big views, rolling gritstone and the perfect opener
* Saturday: Burbage — technical terrain, hill skills and proper graft
* Sunday: Edale & Ladybower — longer miles, tired legs and that deep sense of achievement

And in between?
Sauna. Swimming. Eating. Learning. Sharing knowledge. Proper downtime.

It was everything we hoped for and more — a perfect mix of adventure, skill-building and community.

These weekends are where confidence grows, friendships deepen and running really clicks.

Safe to say… we’re already thinking about the next one 👀
