At TRAIL RUNNERS, all our coaches and run leaders follow expert safety guidelines to make sure every group run is as enjoyable as it is safe — from knowing the route, to carrying the right kit, to keeping the group together.

So while you won’t need to outrun a bear in Great Britain 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️, you might still want to bring a friend… just in case they spot the last custard cream at the snack stop. 😉
